  • The age limit is 2 years old until 85 years old (Fully Vaccinated)
  • Total payment only for one trip during umrah.
  • Coverage only in Saudi Arabia (Mecca, Medina & Jedda).
  • The application must be completed before departure to Saudi Arabia.
  • A medical plan can be used for a maximum of 30 days. 

Cancellation & Refund

  • Any cancellation with supporting documents (i.e., death certificate, etc..) will be fully refunded within 14 days.

Exclusion:

  1. Suffering from HIV disease or illness related to HIV or AIDS.
  2. Pregnancy includes birth, ‘Ceaser’ surgery, miscarriage and abortion, and related complications.
  3. Any major surgeries such as organ replacement, joint replacement, heart surgery, gastric by, etc etc.
  4. Cancer treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
  5. Any act of war or terrorism.
  6. Dental treatment except for toothache.
  7. Dialysis treatment.
  8. Mental illness and any related mental disorder.
  9. Suicide or attemp to suicide.
  10. PCR Test or any kind of RTK Test including under instruction of hospitals or clinics.
  11. Hotel quarantine and self-quarantine due to Covid-19 or any related disorder.
  12. Anything that is not stated in the product brochure.
