Terms & Conditions:

  • Age limit: 2 to 85 years old (Fully Vaccinated).
  • Single payment for one Umrah trip.
  • Coverage in Saudi Arabia (Mecca, Medina, and Jeddah).
  • Application must be completed before departure to Saudi Arabia.
  • Maximum plan duration: 30 days.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Any cancellation with supporting documents (i.e., death certificate, etc..) will be fully refunded within 14 days.

Exclusion:

  • HIV disease or AIDS-related illnesses.
  • Pregnancy, including childbirth, ‘Caesarean’ surgery, miscarriage, abortion, and related complications.
  • Major surgeries like organ transplants, joint replacements, heart surgery, gastric bypass, etc.
  • Cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
  • Acts of war or terrorism.
  • Dental treatments (except for toothache).
  • Dialysis treatment.
  • Mental illnesses and related disorders.
  • Suicide or suicide attempts.
  • PCR tests or any type of RTK test, even if recommended by hospitals or clinics.
  • Hotel quarantine or self-quarantine due to COVID-19 or related disorders.
  • Anything not explicitly covered in the product brochure.
